What do you think of when you hear the word ENERGY?

Most of us think of electricity, heat for your home, gasoline.

I would like to add to your concept of energy.  Energy is all around us.  It is in the air that is the wind that moves the leaves on the trees, that blows the snow.  It is in the sun that warms us.  It is in the foods we eat.

Even more importantly…it is our LIFE FORCE.

If you’ve ever taken a science course in college you were required to memorize a few basic concepts.  One of them was that ENERGY can neither be created nor destroyed…it can only change form.  Water can be ice-solid, liquid, vapor-fog.

And so our own LIFE FORCE can not be destroyed.  It cannot die. It only changes form.

When we first agree to be born into a physical body, our pure energy…our White Light Life Force…is transformed into the physical body form as our Soul-Spirit, then being placed on the Earth Plain.  We will explore the ‘WHY’ of that at another time.

When it is time for us to return to the White Light, our physical earthly body dies and our ENERGY is once again transformed into a pure energy state of existence.

I communicate with that pure ENERGY.  I know many of you have experienced the presence of this loving energy…that energy that has crossed-over back into the Light.

Some of you may not have had a chance to speak with a loved one before they crossed-over.  Know that your loved one can still hear you.  Talk with them just as if they were standing next to you.  They hear us and answer us every time.  Communicating with them is a bit different.

I have been blessed with the gift of being able to ‘hear’ them.  I pass their messages along to you.
